Responsibilities will include

• Proactively developing relationships with your client through regular contact, face-to-face meetings and by providing a high-quality service.
• Identifying and developing new clients through commercial activity.
• Extensive direct marketing of candidates offering recruitment solutions to your clients.
• Interviewing a wide variety of candidates, providing a consultative service in finding them the right job.
• Matching the best candidates to client vacancies in a professional, consultative efficient manner
