Follow up to any placement is relevant and to the point, everybody has passed our initial testing and where we have thought an applicant experienced but not able to fit into our methods and speed of manufacturing a replacement applicant has been found without delay. Secondly we use agencies in general because in both financial terms and use of my time they are the most cost effective way of recruiting permanent staff.
We ask the job center for a minimum level of experience and we get so many 'quick learners' and 'hard workers' that any body with the correct relevant experience is lost in the mass of applications. With a little vetting they could help a lot of people.Your agency does that vetting for me"
