We will only present candidates we feel will meet your requirements. However, we understand in certain trades the only way to confirm an applicants skill level is to see them at work (i.e test on-site before commencing a placement).
If our client finds a candidate is unsuitable for any reason, we will aim to test a replacement by arrangement as soon as possible.
