Each recruiting manager is assigned an expert consultant who will provide the most effective staffing solution.

Our consultant/s will visit your premises to discuss initial requirements, both to gain a full understanding of your business and source the most suitable candidates. Euroforce has the capacity to respond promptly and support the client in filling vacancies quickly and easily.

Candidates

Euroforce attracts high-calibre candidates through our excellent reputation, local and international advertising, website, direct marketing and personal recommendations. Our extensive candidate database allows us to meet our client needs with suitably qualified screened staff.

Upon registartion each candidate will be required to provide the following;

•P45/P46
•Proof if I.D
•Proof of N.I
•CV with copies of any relevant qualifications/certificates
•Euroforce registration documents (Employee Terms/ Payment terms etc.)  

The expansion of the European Union provides a unique opportunity for all EU workers to work in the United Kingdom. Non EU workers must have secured the appropriate UK visa. 

Our candidates new to the UK will receive our 'Welcome Pack'  (this includes full information to help relocate, including details of amenities, setting up bank accounts, requirements to comply with HM Revenue & Customs and emergency numbers). Our Welfare Officer will also explain the UK Workers Registration Scheme process for EU nationals.

Testing

We will only present candidates we feel will meet your requirements. However, we understand in certain trades the only way to confirm an applicants skill level is to see them at work (i.e test on-site before commencing a placement).

If our client finds a candidate is unsuitable for any reason, we will aim to test a replacement by arrangement as soon as practicable.

European Workers
